Our Story
My name is Liesl, and I am the proud founder of Drive Brew Coffee. Nestled in the heart of Hotchkiss, Colorado, our journey began in 2021 when I recognized the need for a drive-thru coffee shop in our charming community. Determined to bring convenience and quality together, I embarked on a mission to create a space where folks could fuel up on their favorite brew without even stepping out of their vehicles.
Drive Brew Coffee started as a humble coffee stand on the outskirts of town, situated in the car wash parking lot. It was my vision to offer a warm cup of joe to the hardworking individuals of Hotchkiss, allowing them to kickstart their day with a dose of caffeine, even in the midst of their busy schedules.
As Drive Brew grew, so did our vision. With the support of our loyal customers and the dedication of my family, we expanded to a new location with a sit-down space for the community to enjoy. This expansion allowed us to deepen our commitment to serving Hotchkiss, offering both convenience and a cozy atmosphere for coffee enthusiasts to savor their favorite brew.
At Drive Brew, we believe in the power of family, community, and a darn good cup of coffee. That’s why it’s truly a family affair – my son-in-law Tanner now oversees the operations of Drive Brew 1 while I continue to pour my heart into both locations, ensuring that each cup is brewed with love and served with a smile.
